Step By Step Guide
1. Download the App
Get full gym access from your phone by scanning the QR code on display in our gyms, searching for Fitness Connection in the app store on your phone or by clicking the buttons below.
2. Create Your Account
For first time use only: To create your account, open the app and click the “LOG IN” button.
Click the “Don’t have an account?” link located at the bottom of the screen.
Select your home club – this is the gym you chose during enrollment on our website or signed up at.
Under Check-in Barcode, type in your member ID number, as listed on your membership agreement, included in the email you received with the subject line: “Thank you for joining Fitness Connection!”
Fill in your name, birthday and email address. They must match what is on your membership agreement.
Create your password – it should be at least 8 characters and include 1 number and 1 symbol.
Click “Create Account.”
3. You're Ready to Begin!
In the app, tap the barcode button at the top right hand side of your screen a QR code will appear. Scan at the front desk and enjoy your workout!
